We keep your personal information hush-hush. Zip it. Lock it. Throw away the key. Under no circumstances will One Glowin’ Girl buy, sell or trade customer information.
Shipping
Minimum shipping/handling charge is $7.50. UPS Ground Shipping or US Priority Mail will be used for most shipments.
Orders received prior to 2:00pm (EST) will be shipped that day. Orders received after 2:00pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind that Saturday or Sunday does not count as a shipping day. For example, if you place an order after 2:00pm on Thursday for 2nd day delivery, your package will not arrive until Monday afternoon.
Shipping guarantees for certain delivery dates are made only for orders shipped via FedEx.

Please call us at (609)457-3586 or e-mail oggsales@aol.com to place your order at
which time you will receive the total cost for your order. Log onto your
PayPal account and send the total amount to oggsales@aol.com. Once the funds have
been verified, your order will be shipped.
One Glowin’ Girl also accepts Money Orders. Simply call our office at (609)457-3586, place your order, and just let us know that you’ll be paying via Money Order. We’ll give you an order number which you’ll need to place on the Money Order and send to:

Your order will be shipped within 72 hours after the money order arrives.
Refund & Return Policy
One Glowin’ Girl does not sell any merchandise upon approval. Refunds and/or returns are only made for defective merchandise or shortages.
Any order that is incomplete will be completed by One Glowin’ Girl. We will either ship the missing items at no additional shipping cost or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
If any merchandise is defective, One Glowin’ Girl will either replace it or give a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Notification of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. One Glowin’ Girl may require that the defective merchandise be returned. To return defective merchandise, you must first call our office and get a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
One Glowin’ Girl does not accept the return of unused product.
